We have provided personalized, compassionate care through tailored behaviour consulting and autism support services in Delta and Surrey. With over 22+ years of experience, our team is dedicated to understanding the unique challenges each individual faces and crafting solutions that promote meaningful change and growth.

Our Team
Alicia Allinger :
MEd, BCBA, Senior Consultant.
Bio
Owner and Behaviour Consultant, is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and has provided behavioural intervention services to individuals with autism and related disabilities for over 22 years. She has a Masters degree in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Special Education (University of Washington) and is a Certified Special Education Teacher (Washington State Teaching Certificate with a special education endorsement). Alicia has worked as a Behavioural Consultant, Classroom Teacher, Behavioural Interventionist and Community Support Worker and has worked with individuals ranging from 18 months to 22 years old. Alicia has strong roots in Applied Behaviour Analysis and utilizes a Verbal Behaviour Approach to ABA.
Jessica Kroeker :
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA™).
Bio
Jessica Kroeker is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA™) with Allinger Behaviour Analysts. Jessica started working with Alicia in 2014 as a Behaviour Interventionist and has been providing intervention to children diagnosed with ASD ever since. Jessica has experience providing intervention in the home, school, daycare and community settings. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2015. She received her Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2020 from Capella University. Jessica has been a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA™) since 2021 and is on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) in British Columbia.
Niala Nasiroghli :
BCABA, Program Supervisor.
Bio
Niala is Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a post-baccalaureate diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis and bachelor’s degrees in English Translation and Early Childhood Education (ECE). She has been working with neurodivergent children across various settings, including schools, homes, one-on-one, and community environments, since 2014. Starting in January 2025, she has started to pursue her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis to deepen her expertise in supporting diverse learners. Outside of her professional endeavours, she enjoys reading, baking, crafting, skiing, and swimming.
